10:00 – 11:00  Plenary Session

> Welcome [by Dr. Jan Lohstroh, Secretary General ARTEMIS Industry Association]
> Opening [by Dr. 
Jiri Kadlec, ARTEMIS PAB/GB delegate, CZ]
> Programme Content AWP [25 min]
> Call 2012 process, instructions to proposers [15 min]
> Organisation of this event, instructions to participants

11:00 – 11:30  Coffee break

11:30 – 13:00  Plenary Session

> Project idea presentations

13:00 – 14:00  Lunch

14:00 – 15:00  Poster Session

15:00 – 16:00  Breakout Session 1 [meeting tables reserved]

> Work on project ideas and new ideas
> Work further in smaller groups
> Re-arrange the smaller groups (if necessary)

16:00 – 16:30  Coffee break

16:30 – 18:00  Breakout Session 1 [continued]

On group level:
> Prepare the project outline
> Follow the ARTEMIS-JU PO template
> Define consortium, identify missing capabilities
> Identify missing partner
> Provide organisation with project overview + consortium needs

19:00 – 21:00  Networking dinner in Hotel



Programme Wednesday 18 January 2012                                                                      

09:00 – 10:00    Plenary Session

> Opening Day 2
> ARTEMIS Programme: Eric Schutz, Executive Director ARTEMIS-JU
> Projects overview (what & where and conclusion day 1)
   - Missing partners
   - Consortium needs are presented by organisation
> ARTEMIS-IA – information (promo talk , publication)
> Planning & Organisation Day 2

10:00 – 10:30    Coffee break

10:30 – 13:00    Breakout Session 2

> Define potential projects and consortia and prepare plenary presentation
> After breakout : join other consortia if applicable
> Discuss possible sub-topics and further define project outline and consortia
> Split-up or merge if needed
> Per project idea:
   - Finalise project outline and form consortia
   - Define follow-up actions
   - Start presentation per project for plenary session
   - Use the project idea template
   - Prepare final report per group, presented by the moderator in the plenary session (max 1 minute per project idea)
   - Upload the presentation on website (otherwise no presentation slot)    
 

13:00 – 14:00    Lunch

14:00 – 16:00    Plenary Session

> Report from Breakout Session on purposed projects
> Agreement on publication of ideas and contacts

16:00 – 16:30    Closure & Drinks, snacks
