Registration Co-summit 2011

Helsinki, Finland: Tuesday 25 & Wednesday 26 October 2011


Participation to the Co-summit was free of charge for Members of the ARTEMIS Industry Association, current ITEA 2 Partners & Bodies and Public Authorities. For those who are not part of one of these communities, there is an entrance fee of 450 Euro (VAT included) (to be paid on site).

Your entrance ticket entitled participants in use and reception of:
- All Co-summit sessions
- Documentation / hand-outs
- Refreshments during breaks
- Lunches

Not included in the entrance fee:
- Hotel accommodation and travel expenses

In the registration form one could indicate in which sessions and activities to participate and what diet requirements you have. This year a  networking buffet in the historical City Hall was offered by the City of Helsinki. On time registration of this networking buffet was highly recommended. The city of Helsinki was represented by Markku Raitio, ICT Director of the City of Helsinki, who welcomed the community personally.
