Project Leaflet

For the Co-summit 2011 in Helsinki, Finland, the ARTEMIS-IA Office provides you with a structured template for your project leaflet and an example. The leaflet in the template below shows you which input has to be provided. This makes it easier for you as a Project Leader to send us the necessary input for your project leaflet. The ARTEMIS-IA Office offers the services of our dedicated copywriter (at no cost) to edit the leaflets based on your draft. The copy writer will use the template to structure the Project Profile leaflets. Of course you will receive the draft of the leaflet in due time for your review.

The ARTEMIS-JU projects of Call 2008 and Call 2009 are invited to provide us with updates of leaflet as presented at the 2010 Co-summit event in Ghent. Call 2010 projects are invited to deliver a draft text and an image proposal for the project leaflet to be designed.

Style & remarks

> Be concise, where possible, use the active voice and as much as possible in a 3rd person style. Use max 800-950 words.

> Please keep in mind that the readers of the leaflet do not necessarily have a technical background (e.g. public funding authorities, press, etc.), so needs and results should be expressed in terms of benefits to ‘the man in the street’.

> Note that the subheadings given in the template describe the content of each section, but more appealing project-specific headings are required.

IMPORTANT:
For the set up of the leaflet we refer to the leaflet templates. The explanation is included in the PDF template and the example.
